Siddharth has years of experience in engineering and scientific research using mathematical and computational algorithms. He has a broad background in industrial engineering and business. He started off his engineering journey in 2008 by supervising low-tension domestic electrical construction work and managing a fabrication unit for high-tension overhead electrical construction. He has bachelor's and master's degree in mechanical engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Madras in India, with an honours in thermal sciences and a minor in field robotics. Apart from leading Compute Avenue, he is currently a researcher at the University of British Columbia. His major areas of focus are in computing-based solutions, specifically business analysis, scientific machine learning, optimisation, numerical modelling, inverse problems, and mechanics.

Baikunthanath has 35+ years of experience in engineering services. He is the managing director of M/s. Lucky Associates, a top-tier engineering, procurement, and construction contractor. He has decades of experience in multidomain high-tension electrical engineering and irrigation engineering.
